DEIS RURAL
In 2022 our school was granted DEIS Rural status.
This means every child is entitled to a free lunch in school. We are delighted to provide this in partnership with local company Fresh Today. Each classroom has an RO filter installed for filtered drinking water.
DEIS Rural status also means our school is in a position to apply for additional resources and avail of funding that directly targets advancements in teaching and learning for all pupils, especially those who are at a high risk of educational disadvantage.
